1. Service description

NECKKO ('the Service', 'we') is an entertainment service that uses AI to generate pet portraits with jewelry and accessories. You upload pet photos, choose an accessory and style, and the system generates images for you to download or share. The Service is for personal entertainment only.

2. Photos and generated results

We do not store your generated photos. After generation, images are only shown on your current page; refreshing or closing the page means they are no longer available on this site.

Please download your result or share it as soon as it is ready. We cannot recover or resend images you did not download or share.

3. Privacy and data

We do not collect your name or account. To provide paid credits we only keep order ID and remaining credits on our servers (deleted after about 90 days). Payment and customer data (e.g. email) are handled by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) under their privacy policy; we do not store your payment details. Your uploaded photos and generated results are used only for that session. One credit is deducted when a generation completes successfully; rejected requests (e.g. wrong photo count) do not use credits; if the server or AI fails after we accept the request we refund the credit. 4. Payment, credit validity, and refunds

Credits must be used within 90 days. Unused credits expire after that; no extensions or refunds. Once you use the service, we generally do not refund. See our Refund Policy. Refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate illegal, harassing, hateful, or privacy-violating content;
• Use it for commercial purposes (unless we agree in writing);
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the license or credit system.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access, with no refund.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service and AI-generated content are for entertainment only. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or third-party rights of the content; you are responsible for how you use and share your uploads and results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of profits arising from use or inability to use the Service, lost content, outages, third-party services, failure to download or share in time, system errors, viruses, or any other cause. This applies whether under contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise; payment does not change this.

We do not guarantee response time and are not obliged to reply to every message. Refund requests are processed according to our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to the Service and terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may update these terms at any time; the "Last updated" date on this page applies. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
