NECKKO does not store your personal data on our servers. This policy explains how information is used when you use the Service.
2. Information during your session
We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers. The following exists only during your session or in your browser:
2.1 Your device / browser (localStorage)
License status and preferences are stored in your browser. Remaining credits are also stored on our servers (see section 3) so we can deduct one credit per successful generation; we cannot read or back up your browser data.
2.2 Processed in real time, not stored
- Photos and generation parameters: Used only for that AI generation; we do not keep your photos or generated images on our servers.
- Payment: Handled by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store payment details.
3. Server-side records (credits only)
We do not store your personal data on our servers. To manage paid credits we only keep order ID and remaining credits.
These records are automatically deleted after about 90 days. You do not need to request deletion.
4. Third-party services
We use:
- Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing. They store payment and customer data (e.g. email) under their privacy policy; we do not receive or store your payment details.
- Google Gemini (or other AI services): Image generation. Your uploaded photos and parameters are sent to that service; we do not retain them.
We are not responsible for third parties' privacy practices.
5. Your rights
We do not store your personal data on our servers; identifiable data is only in your device's localStorage. You can clear this site's localStorage at any time to remove local data; there is no account to close (the Service has no accounts).
6. Cookies and tracking
This site uses localStorage only where necessary (license state, preferences, etc.). We do not use cookies for tracking or third-party analytics, and we have no advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie banner is required. If we add analytics or ads later, we will update this policy and provide consent options on the site.
7. Policy changes
We may update this policy at any time; the "Last updated" date on this page applies. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
